Definitions:
Parties to the Agreement
"Buyer" applies to the natural person who mainly acts outside his trade and who, by placing an order to Riott.dk, makes an offer for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.

Riott.dk is used in the following both on the natural or legal person who, by order confirmation accepts buyer's order and sells the goods ordered, and on the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

At Riott.dk, the essential characteristics of the product are stated, for further information or questions about existing information, an email can be sent to Riott.dk via Kundeservice@riott.dk

Prices:
All prices are current prices and only valid on the day of ordering. Therefore, price changes may occur.

All prices quoted are inclusive of 25% VAT.

Order:
Presentation of goods together with a price of Riott.dk is not a binding offer, but merely a call to make an offer.
The buyer's order for goods from Riott.dk does not constitute a binding acceptance, but a binding offer to Riott.dk to purchase the goods on the stated terms.
A binding agreement between buyer and Riott.dk is only entered into when the Riott.dk by a faktur accepts it by the buyer submitted tender.

Deferred appointment time.
A trade is only binding when Riott.dk has manually reviewed your order and approved that Riott.dk can obtain the goods and then issue an invoice.

Payment:
The account information you enter when buying goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) as only you and PBS can read. There is thus no one else who sees or stores the information about you. For purchases with Dankort or credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the item departs from Riott.dk.
You can pay by Visa, Visa/dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.

Refund:
When we receive the goods, we check it, and if the goods are undamaged and unused, you will be reimbursed the amount you have paid to us at the time of purchase.
The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method as you paid the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount is reversed to the credit card you used to purchase. If you have paid all or part of the gift card, we will send you a new gift card corresponding to the value that you have returned to and highest to the same value that the gift card represents on the order.

Note:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This occurs if the value of the item has been degraded because you have actually taken the item, it has been damaged while you were responsible for the one you handled the item in a different way than was necessary to determine the nature, properties, and manner of the goods on which they operate. such as a lost or damaged skoæske. Note that original packaging can be a significant part of the value of the item.

Riott.dk sets the impairment. As a starting point, goods with lost or damaged packaging of a minimum of 20% and goods put into use or otherwise damaged are written down with a minimum of 80%.

Returning packages:

If you have acted on Riott.dk and want to return an item, it is possible to exchange for another item of the same value. If the item you want is of higher value, we may charge you extra for the item. If it is also of lesser value we will refund the consideration. You can also return unwanted items and we will withdraw the money to your credit card. You will have to pay for packaging and postage in connection with returning your item, if you have ordered the wrong size or you have regretted your purchase. The return item must be shipped with delivery. If it is sent to a parcel item it will not be picked up and will be returned to the sender.

Should you experience any defects or errors in your product, or if we have missended you an item that you have not ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Then we will do what we can to help you. Always remember to provide your order number in your customer service contact so that we can help you more quickly.

The risk of accidental injury or deterioration:

Only at the time when the goods ordered have come in the buyer's possession, the risk of the goods ordered being destroyed or damaged due to accidental conditions will be passed on to the buyer.

Complaints:
Riott.dk provides 2 years of warranty from invoice date on manufacturing and material defects (missing). The warranty does not cover errors, damages or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or tampering.
The invoice must be presented to the Riott.dk in connection with the application of the complaint.
Any complaints about defects on delivered products shall, after purchaser, have or should have discovered the defect be made to Riott.dk within a reasonable time. Otherwise, the buyer loses his right to invoke the defect.

Please indicate and, upon request, show where the defect is.

Disclaimer and Warranty:
Riott.dk has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside of Riott. DK's control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content of these pages.
Information about the goods ordered from such websites is not included in the description of the goods ordered in the agreement between buyer and Riott.dk.
The seller is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the goods being ordered is late to the buyer or the goods ordered suffer from defects when the delay or defect is due to buyer action or omission or relationship Which is outside of Riott. Withdrawal
If the customer Riott.dk that the customer has regretted his purchase within 14 days of delivery, the Riott.dk shall reimburse the amount received.
Items that are returned UFRANCO or on delivery are denied receipt. When returning, please use the GLS-not alternative package distributors. You can also cancel your purchase by denying receipt of your shipment.
These return rules apply to all goods sold as distance selling to private individuals-it does not apply to goods sold to companies.
